A lead coach is the one coach that is responsible for your success. They take care of programs, nutrition and accountability.

Using the data, a custom plan is made for you by your lead coach.

Why train with one coach, when there are a whole team of experts there to help and support you.

Limitless is flexible with the time you want to train, the trainer you want to trainer with, and the number of sessions you can take in a month.

What is Limitless?
Limitless Personal Training is our way to try and help clients to be as consistent as possible without the limits of being tied to a single trainer, a single time slot and a fixed amount of sessions.
Consistency is king, so we want to create an environment and systems to support this for our members.
Who will be my trainer?
You will have a lead coach that is responsible for uyour success. They will make sure you are making the most of ouf the gym as well as write all your programs, conduct your assessmets and more. Sessions however can be taken by any of our certifed personal trainers as and when you need to train.
But I like MY trainer.
That not an issue. You can trainer with any trainer that is available. If your favourite trainer is free you can always train with just that trainer. We have just made it a part of our system so that you can train with any trainer if there is a timing issue, a change in schedule, or if you want to make the most out of having multiple trainers and their individual strength help you to succeed.
What about the quality of my sessions if I work with different trainers?
All trainers will only work from the program that your lead trainer creates. On these programs, we have always tracked sets, reps and effort levels. This means any trainer can pick up a program and follow it to the letter, just like your lead trainer would have. We have also added the ability for trainers to log notes on every session so that there is complete continuity from session to session no matter which trainer is taking your session.
Why did you change personal training?
Traditional personal training is a little broken and far too rigid. Being tied to one single trainer at on time slot meant that many sessions are missed. Since consistency is the most important thing in a training program, we looked at way to gove more training opportunites for our members.
Previously, you had only 12 training opportunities a month to complete your sessions leaving very little wiggle room for when life gets in the way.
Now we have Limitless, you have up to 104 in A WEEK to try and get your sessions completed?
Is it actually Limitless sessions?
You can take as many sessions as your lead trainer recommends based on your needs.
Although training 6 days a week is now possible for everyone, it is not always the best thing for everyone.
So before, you were stuck with just 3 a week, now, if your trainer thinks 4, 5 or even 6 days is needed, you can train with no extra cost.
How do I book my sessions?
You can check the availabilty of all the trainers on the online calendar on the lnk below.
You can still call or WhatsApp the front desk as before. Trainers can also now book for you if needed and you can talk to the front desk when you visit.
The quickest and easiest way now, is to use the booking link above and your session will be instantly confirmed, especially if you are moving your regular session to a new time.
What if I can't make my session?
Cancelled sessions now need to be made with a minimum of 12 hours notice. Session no-shows within this time will lead to your renewal date being brought forward by a day.
to cancel you can go to your confirmation email and cancl from there. You can also contact the front desk or the trainer your session was booked with and they can also cancel for you.
